BE POSITIVE

be positive......
      Before taking any decision..wait.. think ..then act.

At certain time in our life we tend towards doom , depression which can lead one to sanity, suicide. I feel much of pain when I see suicides due to silly reasons. These could have been easily avoided of little counselling. We as a human being should  always think for person around us. Always watch for any changes in his habbits, any negative changes hint towards stress, depression.
  Our topic is mainly about positivity. When you fill depressed just go to the base and find out why it is so. Then simply neutralise your prominant negative thoughts. If you could not, then discuss with your near and dear one. Do not carry the the burden with u. There are many people who love you.. they eant you smiling. So try to smile , rather laugh. Also there will no major differance  in the world if you do or dont do something. Hence be happy and dont take any burden. Create space for your own life besides your job and family. Have some hobbies.
  So good luck for your positive future.
